Spicy level #6 was pretty hot -- hot enough for me to have to slow down eating and drink two glasses of water. I'd suggest starting at #4 or #5 if you are a spicy food eater and moving up from there.
My recommendation: #1 - Pork cutlet. Spice level 3. Small rice. Add atleast cheese + other toppings of your choosing. Don't forget the sweet radishes to compliment the spice of the curry! Enjoy!!
If you can't decide, try the keema. It comes a little spicier than normal so you might want to turn the heat down a level. If you are hungry add rice and your plate comes larger with curry to match.
If you love Japanese curry, this is the place to go. If you love spicy things, this is the place to go. If you like pressing a button to request service, this is the place to go. :)
If you like spicy in general, start at 2-3, except keema which tends to be 1-2 levels hotter than normal. Spicy 4+ are not for those who "just like a little hot sauce" with their foods.
A max of level 5 hotness/spiciness for regular people. However, 6-8 is really hot and even I take pause. (Mind you, I love hot foods.) However, I'm curious about 9 and 10. Reeeaaally curious. ;)
Bout as close to the same as Japan as one can expect. Kicks the shit out of Curry House or Hurry Curry or whatever other weaksauce curryrestaurants there are in the LA area. Word.
Level 10 isn't too bad. First time there I got the level 10 and my friends thought I was so brave. Not a big deal, and the heat is nice for those who like spicy food. Don't get it if you can't handle!
