probably the cheapest place in penang island to buy fresh vegetables. Many wet market stall sellers and hawkers come here to buy.

Most convenient place to do groceries for people who live around this area. More comfortable compared to shopping in wet market and prices are very reasonable.

Free parking is good but amenities are obsolete, could be scary in dark. Perishable products are full of tiny flies and smelly.
