Nastiest people on earth. I have been here 3 times, all of which I regreted. The cashiers and information people are absolutely rude and unhelpful. I'd rather pay double and use another transport.

Personalul de la Rezervari pare a fi foarte ocupat in timpul noptii, nu se receptioneaza apelurile, desi programul este "permanent".

Au aparut bagajistii hamali amabili si la cravata. Iti indica nr vagonului si deschid usa.Sper ca nu si portofelul. Gara tot nu ofera semnalizare.
