    Go snowshoeing at the clubhouse! Take the Saturday night tour from 5-7pm through the woods and watch the fireworks after while sitting by the bonfire with a hot chocolate (or a glass of wine).

    Take the Tram for views from the top, super-expert terrain off the summit, to stay warm and just because it’s cool; but the Green Mountain Flier usually offers quicker access to all but the summit.

    The instructors are great! Took snowboarding lessons 2 days in a row and learned a lot! Bunny hill is consistently icy and slippery though!

    Valhalla has some sick glades, and Tuckerman's chute if you really want a challenge. Also the IPAs at Tower Bar are delicious

    Lots to do - skiing, ice skating, tram ride, indoor Waterpark etc. Restaurant service is consistently terrible. For quick meals, go to Howie's. For better (and cleaner) hotel rooms, Jay Hotel.

    Good riding, but some of the slowest lifts I've even encountered for a mountain of this level. And don't even get me started on the tram. 30-45min lines, very slow, and the only way to reach the peak.

    Slopeside condos have pots pans salt & pepper and water and extra sheets. Bring extra towels cooking oil tin foil. Troy general store and gas is closest. Milk and margarine found there too.

    Huge, with amazing scenic views and tough but rewarding tree runs. For less crowds stay on Jay's Triple chair.

    New England skiing makes for icy, crusty snow. Compared to Colorado mountains, Jay is great but again, icy. Dress warmly!

    Verizon has great coverage. Tmobile barely and sometimes roaming. Slopeside condos are next to racoon run. Make sure its open or you will have to drive to main entrance

    On AT&T? You're close enough to the Canadian border to get a stronger signal from ROGERS instead of AT&T. Make sure you have roaming turned off, otherwise data is a whopping $15.36/MB.

    good times and head over to the Tramhaus after a long day of shredding, -- when it's icey though, the conditions for boarders are pretty bad. Despite that, the tree-lines made up for it.

    I was expecting something bigger. For the $100 you don't get a professional place, just an average sky resort with not very good renting material. Fair enough for East US though.

    Don't go to the Foundry for a late night drink. Service is non-existent, they took 10 minutes to clear a table and when we finally were seated we waited another 10+ minutes to get a drink.
