Every time I've been there, maybe twice a year, since it opened, the staff seem to have been more interested in partying amongst themselves than serving customers.

Last time I was there for a simple, plain burger, there were no customers at the counter, it took more than 15 minutes to get that burger. I don't depend on it anymore, when I need *fast* food.

Fast service at the counter (at dinner hours too).

This location has self order kiosks now.

There's pop refills but no power outlets at this outlet

Classic Big Mac and fries with a coke

Want ice cream a sundae maybe? Forget it! Ice cream machine has regular outages. Save your time, choose another location.

Double check your order before you leave. Horrible accuracy at this location.

Stay of the coke at all times

If you have to stop by at this location before going somewhere, leave an hour early. Slow as hell.

Staff need to listen and not assume.

Give yourself a lot of extra time at this location. They can often be very slow :(

Beware: They don't give out cups for water and they charge 10 cents for extra sauces, including ketchup.

No ice cream today.
