It took 12 months before getting a table for dinner. Worth the wait for a big night out ($500 taste menu for 2 incl. partial wine pairing). Must do: get seats at the Kitchen bar. Flavorgasmic!
Definitely sit at the seats along the kitchen and watch the amazing flow of the chefs. One of the best meals of my life. Ben, the exec chef, is awesome and will chat you up.

The tasting menu with the drink pairing is incredible. Such a well thought out experience that was completely worth it. A chicken salad with chicken skin was an unforgettable course.
Amazing experience, go with an open mind & an empty stomach-those 11 courses look tiny but they add up! Sorrel & pistachio/curd & blackcurrant my faves & not normally a sweet fan.
Chef David Chang's first restaurant outside of New York is a new Sydney gem. Make sure you allow at least 2 hours for your meal, a tasting menu featuring local farmers and artisans.
The chefs get involved by bringing you the plates and table talking! Very cool experience with the rock/hiphop music. There's a 5 seat bar menu for walk-ins if you don't get an online reservation

Not very impressive. Although the quality of ingredients were premium, while on taste side, lots of dishes were too salty. Service was quite average as well. Enjoyed the choux and duck only. Baca selanjutnya
