    Located in the center of city Lhasa, great facilities and awesome views. Price is quite high during the peak season, but you can enjoy some peaceful time and relaxing spa during the staying

    The focal point for meals is Social, where we had an amuse-bouche of rich pumpkin soup with crabmeat, creamy imported Japanese scallops, and a sensational organic lamb rolled in cumin.

    Beautiful service and great service. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms are so spacious. An oasis in an exotic city!

    Rooms are well appointed and service is good. But no gym to speak of, wifi is unbearably slow and pool was closed for the winter.

    Great location and lovely rooms. Not a single good meal however. Not even breakfast!!

    Terrible service even if you are a Chinese speaker. Bad ventilation. Staffs are more concern with their mobile phones than their hotel guests. Good hardware (hotel) and poor software (the staffs).

    Good luck getting any service unless you are Chinese speaker. Lots of problems with customer facing employees who apparently don't have even the most basic grasp of English. Not upto western standard.
