    Went to a taping of Stephen Colbert, it was absolutely amazing, the highlight of my trip. The wait in line was a little long, especially in the rain but the show made up for it. Got 5 rows from front.

    Arrived 2:45 to check in. With ticket #356, we were the first to be denied entry. Lesson: be there by 2 to check in. You don't have to have a printed ticket bc they search by last name. Bummer for us.

    Historic theater. Get in line between 12 and 1pm for great seats. Bring a jacket. It gets cold inside, even during the summer.

    It was amazing being able to see the inside of this historic theater. A tip tho: luckily I knew ahead of time but make sure u dress warm Cus letterman likes his studio cold!

    You will have to wait in line with a bunch of rowdy tourists if you want to see Letterman. But worth the wait to see the theater inside. Piece of history, no doubt.
