    Watch out for crowds. The place is jammed with people from all over and there's usually a wait for a table. Reservations are limited to 30% of the house. So if you're tight for time, try French Roast.

    the name is 5 Napkins but they don’t have napkins on the table except for the ones that covers the utensils! They should change their name to 1 Napkin!

    Late night happy hour at bar! $2 sliders, hand rolls, taquitos, $.50 wings AND $4 drafts ! 10-close. Pretty sweet.

    Service was terrible tonight. Its usually good but multiple tables with the same waitress had trouble waiving her down for things like steak sauce and water. We bonded over being ignored.

    This time around the service and food were simply bad. The table was not properly set, missing salt, pepper, ketchup, silverware, etc. Have had a better experience at their 45th location.

    An unremarkable burger for an outrageous price. Recommend shack shack for twice the taste for half the price at 77 and columbus. Unami burger is similiar in price but 10x tastier

    If u order a burger, ask to swap out the regular fries for the Tuscan fries. They are thicker and have great parmesean seasoning.
