JennNovember 19, 2011If you hate overcrowded areas and prefer to stay in a more residential area off the beaten path like me, you should take a closer look at The Bentley. It's a nice boutique hotel close to Times Sq.

Ron ColemanJuli 22, 2016Staff was friendly and helpful but this is bare bones accommodations. Towels are thin and in short supply. Furniture badly worn. Shower enclosures don't close - water goes all over the floor! No USBs.

Lacey CormierAgustus 16, 2012Stingy with towels indeed. Sometimes housekeeping took all of our towels and replaced them with none. The $12 breakfast per person is overpriced for what it is. However the hotel is pretty cheap.

How hard is it to remove used towels and replace them, tired of having to call housekeeping.
