Bryan Mortensen: The rooms are very rustic and idiosyncratic. Very interesting if not a bit much.

Bryan Mortensen: This is the most deep mall store selection I've ever seen in an outlet mall. (The vending machines support Apple Pay.)
3. Tranquil House Inn
Bryan Mortensen: The dinner there was great, and the cookies and continental breakfast weren't bad either.

Bryan Mortensen: Beach volleyball court is cool. Water is freezing in May.

Bryan Mortensen: Cafe Rio is in the second terminal. Yes, you read right. Cafe Rio in SLC airport.

Bryan Mortensen: The Jamaican jerk sauce is great on any rice.
19. Cutlers Sandwich & Cookies
Bryan Mortensen: The cookies are obviously the big ticket item, but the sandwiches and soups are fantastic as well.

Bryan Mortensen: Kind of a dive, but the picture quality and concessions are great and movie selection is best in the city.

Bryan Mortensen: If you want a good men's haircut, Jessica Page FTW.
24. The Byrd Theatre
Bryan Mortensen: A must stop for anyone who'd like to see a movie in a early 1900's style theater.
