ThelocaltripperDesember 30, 2016Great beer! The bartender was a little scary. I wasn't sure if she was nice or not... tried the pride (IPA) and little room (brewed with tea). Growlers are super cheap! 13 bucks for 64oz.
Kaiyah OnFireFebruari 2, 2013The Mexicali Stout is the most interesting flavoured stout EVER! When they speak of spicy notes of a Mexican mole, you can actually taste each of the spices. They use actually use cocoa nibs.
Lee MovicJanuari 31, 2015Neat space across the parking lot from NoDa Brewing. Free peanuts in a big bucket by the entrance, and dog friendly. Open later than NoDa, too, so a good second stop!

I love everything about this place. They have some of the best local beers. My favorite is the higher ground IPA.
Great Belgian styles as well as American IPA, but the use of herbs really puts everything over the top
Haven't tried a beer I don't like! A big fan of the jalapeño, sunshine and bookends.

Jalapeño pale ale is a MUST try. It's not what you would think...not much heat, but all the flavor of a fresh cut jalapeño!- For first-timers, get the flight to try 4 beer flavors.
