    Dance based cardio workouts with toning incorporated, based on which class you chose. Full Body and HBT (hips butt thighs) are my favorite, as they are very toning intensive!

    Dance Cardio class is not for the faint of heart. Don't worry though, there's always the Red Flower products + fresh Strawberry water to revive you.

    Can you handle DOUBLE TROUBLE on the weekends? Start at 11 AM with HTB - a class dedicated to hips, thighs & buns. Then go straight into Dance Cardio at noon! Double the class, double the fun!!!
