    Loved everything but in particular, the mussels smoked in pine needles, pine ash butter... wow, the aroma was amazing! We were totally amazed! Venison was very good. So are the chocolate beignets

    Lots of delicious plates. My favourites are the braised whelk, the hot chocolate beignets, and the smoked mussels!
