    It's way crowded, the live music is way too loud, and ~$9 for a slice of cake? The cake was ok, we got the Belgian chocolate cake . . . but I've had better. It wasn't too bad.

    Servers look like junior high kids in undershirts, they stare when customers walk in! They have no idea how to be professional. Cute decor, unfitting music. (Switchfoot and a French cafe? Fail.)

    The "You've Got Mail" cafe! Very busy for weekend desserts but worth the wait. Try the maple pecan or Oreo cheesecakes.
