    Spectacular baked breads from a 17-ton Munoz oven, imported in pieces from France and reassembled by French masons in an old carriage house behind the cafe. Literally.

    Lots of kids work there; none of them know they are doing & it’s very frustrating. Food is hit or miss. Bread is good. Pastries are hit or miss. Kouign Amann I had was baaaad, but it was the last one.

    takeout coffee prices end in odd numbers. For example $3.04. Why would they do this? Why not price it so it's three dollars even, or $3.25? Be prepared to carryout a boatload of coins in ur pocket
