    Waffles are good, but a little small. They are packed to go, which is nice. Staff is friendly but they want you to order quickly.

    Absolutely the worst customer service of any coffee shop in America. Great coffe, but you've never seen so many staff do so little, so slowly. Manager must be the biggest a hole on the planet.

    I always used to go for their misugaru shake but I've never experienced such horrible staff service. Out of the 6 times I went this summer, they screwed up 4x. Haven't stepped inside since.

    2day service was awful, 30 min 4 2 waffles, chai latte & vanilla frap, they gave me the frap 1rst so it melted before they finish 30 min later with my order, I was the only one when they take my order

    Nice environment, decent items, a little pricey, but the staff- terrible customer service! I just saw the cashiers be extremely rude to a foreign man, makes me want to call management!

    Horrible service. I expected the same level of service that I got when I had the caffe Bene experience in Korea. I don't see this lasting long if the level of service doesnt improve.

    The worst coffee shop! Terrible service and overpriced! WiFi sucks here! Very difficult connected to WiFi and extremely slow! If you just wanna find a place to sit or study, this place might suit you.

    They messed up all 4 coffee orders and were out of waffles (9am on a Wed). On the plus side, it wasn't crowded!
