Barely any taxis after 9pm, take a shuttle bus instead. Only $12 to the city centre.

It's small...real small. :o\ If you have a layover here, lower your expectations before arrival - and bring a good book and something edible.

Once upon a time this would have been a grand terminal, sadly it has a lot of closed shops and cobwebs in the roof structure. Sad.

there are no buses to and from CNS. shuttles are 5-10 AUD as of dec-2011

If your'e flying international, eat before you come. Food is expensive and the burger place have obviously never heard of hygiene or safe food.

Avoid dealing with Virgin staff, they are so rude. I surprised why they have this job. Fly Qantas they fantastic!

Small airport. Dirty toilets due to passengers not knowing how to pee correctly. No maccers which isn't such a bad thing.

Don't bother eating at the international airport, as usual airport food it's expensive... But it tastes horrible too.

Virgin Blue staff here is very rude, with attitude. Deal with them at your own risk. Advising to fly Qantas, they treat you better.
