View is definitely five stars - located right next to the lake (right where the boats leave to Interlaken and Thun). Smoked salmon in the linguine was too salty though the goat cheese salad was good.
The sashimi platter isn't too heavy and good for 2 pax and variety. Sushi comes in bigger fish - salmon and scallop were delish and fresh. Wouldn't recommend any of the barbecued menu
Pistachio was good as expected but the coconut gelato was amazing! Good location for picking up an ice cream cone and walking along the river

Authentic and cozy restaurant (go early or book for dinner). Homemade spaghetti with tomato sauces were tasty and perfectly al dente. A small jug of house wine was delicious and only 5 euros!
Live jazz from around 10pm! Talented band and singer. Slightly hidden spot but cool vibe - almost feels like friends/family only type of bar
Best view in Portofino (arrive early or book to get table near window). Huge portion for mussel appetiser. Pesto lasagne is special (though a little salty) and tasty.
Gets busy at lunch so go early if without booking. Semi outdoor seating with friendly service. Anchovy pasta in white sauce was good, fresh and flavourful
Superb pizza (both topping and dough) - try the anchovy and cheese pizza. Grilled octopus appetiser and roast veggies in beetroot sauce were a hit too. Awesome service to top it up. Reasonably priced
Top favourite in Siena (possibly in Tuscany) - excellent everything: service, wine (Dievole Chianti Classico), chocolate and white boar sauce pasta, truffle tagliolini + gnocchi and tiramisu!
