Mike Mc AbeeOktober 3, 2012You don't need to leave a wakeboard call. Housekeeping will knock on every door at 800 or so eventually you'll hear that knock on your door or someone else's.
Exceptional customer service. Their staff went out of their way to make my family's stay enjoyable.
myluvizshoezMei 26, 2015I do like this property but the staff was not that friendly. The concierge attendant didn't even speak. Great variety in the lounge. Also, the sink & the bathtub both had hair in them. I- Take the free shuttle out the back door to a ton of bars and restaurants down Broad Street.

Uncomfortable beds, I could hear lots of outside noise as well. Room got hot at night. Best thing would have to be the shower.
Ask for a room at the end of the hall otherwise you will hear the elevator move up/down all night. Not good for early mornings.
E DOktober 5, 2012This is the first hotel I've stayed where there's a reading night light attached to the bed-cool!
Don't be in a hurry to check in, and don't expect a call when room is ready if they offer to call, it is just a ploy to move you along.
Try the carrot cake - and make sure they heat it up for you.
$15 for the airport shuttle. And they didn't tell me until i got there. Classy.
