Coming from NYC, "fine dining" in other cities can often mean a waste of $$, but at ChoLon, fresh flavors, inventive recipes, & creative platings=a Denver standout. Shrimp spring roll was v memorable!
You will get excellent main dishes (Wagyuchow fun) and my whiskey & dash dessert was also excellent. A positive surprise for Denver. You can taste the quality and the love they put in every dish.
The kaya toast was delicious & unique! Willing to make accommodations & recommendations for vegetarians. Great drinks. Bummed the soup dumplings weren't vegetarian (beef broth). Overall a great dinner

Really good, and I mean really, really good Asian food! The Pork BellyBuns are worth the trip from NJ. Other standouts: Potstickers and stir friedMalaysian noodles
Best food I have eaten in a long time. Crab roll sauce was amazing, would definitely get those over and over and over. Brussel sprouts were also amazing.
The tips on Foursquare and Yelp did not disappoint. The Brussels sprouts were TO DIE FOR and the dumplings were DIVINE! Btw get the donuts w coffee ice cream for dessert.
