My favorite would be the gyoza. Seriously best gyoza ever. Other dishes are normal.
While Ding Tai Fung is not yet here, Shilin can be a substitute. Xiao Long Bao's are lovely as well as the noodle soup. Simple and uncomplicated food really. Watch out for the cool abacus ceiling.

My favorite ramen place (compared to Ukkokei) black king but be prepared for overwhelmed taste buds due to the flavors - you can make the sauces light to make it just right.
