Fox 8's Kristi Capel was surprised by how much was under one roof. "It's a large grocery store in your backyard," she says."There was a display at a butcher's booth that had a pig's head wearing."
The DCA's William Tarter Jr. had been to the library before just not the special collections. "I could spend a whole week there. The photography deposit has more than a million photographs."
WTAM's Bill Wills had never been to Slavic Village and loved the Seven Roses Deli. "Just sit, listen and ask questions," he says. "The people who work there just love talking about the neighborhood."
