Julie SteenAgustus 7, 2017We had the pork ribs. Good seasoning but not fall off the bone. Same thing for the beef ribs. Bbq sauce very vinegary. Not my first choice for bbq near New Braunfels.
Worth the drive. The brisket is sooooo good! You have to get the jalapeño mac and cheese too.

Jim HaferJanuari 5, 2013Coopers is an over priced Tourist trap. Go to Granzins for local BBQ and some of the best in Texas. Rudy's is salted up over priced crap too. Real Pit out in Sattler is also worth the drive
