Their chicken mattone is crispy and juicy despite having most of the chicken fat squeezed out of the dish. For carb conscious folks, the dish comes with vegetables.

Every Tuesday evening Rustic hosts "a tavola," meaning “to the table." Instead of ordering from menus, the chef prepares a variety of dishes and sends them to your table.
