Supple on the palate, with outstanding structure and balance that carries through a long, satisfying finish. Our reserve cabernet sauvignon has always been crafted in limited, select quantities; each vineyard lot was individually fermented and then aged in french oak barrels for 36 months prior to blending and bottling. This vintage will continue to drink beautifully throughout the next decade.

Our 2008 vintage of napa county cabernet sauvignon was produced to show a similarity in taste to its bordeaux origins. Concentrated and complex elements of black fruits, pepper and graphite bring out a powerful, bold flavor on the palate. Currants and pomegranate appear in layers while the finish becomes long and elegantly balanced.

"The" chard has a pretty straw color with toasty notes of graham cracker and lemon meringue. A perfect balance of texture and fresh acidity, with a touch of oak. Fruity flavors of peaches and pear carry thru the vibrant center to a long satisfying finish. Serve chilled; as you let the wine warm to room temperature, it will evolve in the glass.

The 2011 cigarzin has notes of deep black fruit with a punch of spice and crushed black pepper on the nose. the rich, lush and well-structured wine is hearty with exotic fruit characteristics. hand harvested at peak season to ensure quality and flavor, the fruit for cigarzin was sorted then fermented for 7 days. we prepared the wine in french (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels for 11 months. cigarzin is begging for a big juicy steak off the bbq or braised short ribs.

The history of this clone is held private by the people who originally planted the vines years ago. It is thought to grow in only 2 or 3 other vineyards across napa valley. Our 2006 vintage of secret clone cabernet sauvignon has layers of molten dark chocolate, black morello cherries, and gooseberries. While each flavor and aroma takes on its own personality, the blend of tastes enhances the experience of this wine from bottle to glass. The decadent finish lingers, allowing you to enjoy this vintage of secret clone cabernet sauvignon from beginning to end.
