Originally built as the town hall for the lost town of Wiehle. Some say that the ghost of Carl Adolph Max Wiehle still roams the premises, moaning despondently over his lost dream of a Utopian city.
Built in 1888 by Dr. Max Wiehle. A sprawling Victorian-style hotel for affluent Washingtonians. Torn down in the 50s, the sounds of cocktails chatter can sometimes be heard on dark, moonless nights.
