Pauline MSeptember 9, 2014The Hotel is ideally located by Westminster. The staff is lovely. The rooms are not spacious, but they are well equipped. The breakfast buffet is tasteful. Free WiFi. Great rooftop terrace & lounge.

Abdullah AlghanimAgustus 25, 2014Hotel atmosphere (The Lobby&The Sky Lounge) is beautiful. Rooms are normal, it reminds me of any budget hotel. The furniture is almost IKEA style, but in great condition. I loved the free wifi&Mac tv.

Phoebe WhealdonApril 1, 2013Great view from the 12th floor Sky Lounge. Nice gym access w/ key card. Rooms are new but small, showers no tubs. Great front desk staff friendly and most helpful. Right at the tower and bridge.
Splurge on an Executive Room for free breakfast and access to the Executive Lounge for free drinks and snacks. This also includes room service breakfast! 😄🍳
The Minories pub is less than a 5 minute walk and serves a fantastic full English breakfast for a fraction of the price paid in the hotel.

Located near Tower Hill tube station. iMacs (with wired Internet connection) instead of TVs in rooms. Handy for watching streamed videos.

Rich HApril 11, 2011Right next to the Tower if London. The roof top bar has amazing but spendy cocktails. Wifi doesn't work in every room. Bring a portable router if possible.
G ISeptember 2, 2015Good hotel, not good front office (reception) staff. Making a lot of mistakes with your credit cards!- Premium wifi for 4.50 GBP is really fast if you need the bandwidth. On Speedtest, I got 63.65 Mbps d/l and 42.73 Mbps u/l.
