One of the best workouts I've had! If you are competitive, the leader board will keep you motivated to keep pedaling.
You will get pushed beyond your limit and love it in 45 minutes. One note, Flywheel is becoming greener and will soon be doing away with the free water bottles.

The BEST -- no other spin class even comes close. Be prepared to get your booty whipped.
