    BodyPump w/ Tracy & Pete is an awesome workout, friendly to all levels of fitness. Instructors are great at making sure you're maintaining form w/o making you feel inadequate. Worth the 30 mile trip!

    This gym has become a disaster zone. Plates & dumbbells just thrown all over the place. Dirt on everything. People, have more respect for your own gym & clean up after yourselves!

    Go later on at night or on Friday's. You will have greater access to what equipment that you want to use.
