Everything is delicious, fresh, healthy. In the Fall, they make a terrific salad with beets and butternut squash. Also make sure to check out the risotto special of the day.

Estate salad- gave pessimist and sunflower seeds with ricotta cheese... Mine sans cheese! Yummy!
Try the Gigi burger - it's studded with smoked Lardo and topped with serious goodness!- Chef Wilson rocks this place! He always remembers I am no dairy.. Thank you Edris!
The chicken wings - available only at the bar - are crazy good.- Amazing service for Upstate Ny. Try the skizzas , would be disappointed.
