    1894 Former Hospital. Amazing historical items in every inch of the mansion. Ferndale is full of kind people and welcome you with a hello as you walk down the street. Salem's Lot was filmed here!

    The rooms are beautiful, bed comfortable. However, breakfast was subpar at best. For a B&B, hot items served ice cold, no juice or water offered...I expect more when I'm shelling out over $400.
