    Terrible service, facilities & food. The place is filled with flies, dead & alive. The lobby smells like cow shit & the water park wouldn't be fun if you were a teen or older. First and last time here

    Bau busuk sangat. Bawa air freshner yang kuat supaya hidung tak diganggu dengan bau busuk kandang haiwan sekitar.

    Don't waste your money here. Checked in only to find out the room is not cleaned up. Had to wait an hour and a half for room keeping to tidy up the room.

    Rooms are new n nice, but not worth the hassle of bad n slow service. Overall not worth the price we are paying for the overall leisure experience. Too much stress.

    Rooms are not cleaned up hours after checking in. Gilalah. Tambah pekerja boleh tak? Tak de lah murah pun.

    If you have a choice avoid this place. Go to other theme parks such as Sunway Lagoon or Bukit Merah. This joint is NOT RECOMMENDED!

    Room service is terrible. Check in after 3pm but still waiting for housekeeping .... 4:20pm. Still waiting.
