The hotel here is in a great location. We enjoyed it very much. The room we had was a double, it was small but worked well for us.

La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 calles de Market St. y a 4 de Union Sq. El personal tiene muy buena actitud de servicio. Nos ayudaron muchisimo. Muy buena relación costo beneficio

Friendly staff, great location and a secure, clean room. For the price, it's basic, but to make SF affordable, you really can't ask for much more. Use this place if your travelling on a tight budget.

Well they accommodated us the next night and gave us a bigger room and 1 queen bed. since they messed up our reservation w/2 twin beds the night b 4 so that made me happy. Thank you.

Clean, secure, great location. For this price you really can't expect luxuries, but if you need a hotelroom just for sleeping and keeping your gear in, this is perfect. Remember to pack earplugs!

Nice simple rooms modernized no breakfast given no coffee tea in room they do sell water nice friendly service great location for trams ferries city and more

We booked it 2 months advance & i booked a 1 double bed room & when we arrived, they were completely full and gave us 2 single beds, not happy about this. So call ahead to double check ur reservation.

May be small, but youre not here to spend time in the room! Walking distance to everything via muni. Great wau to visit SF!

The location is the only thing going for them. Small rooms and minimal amenities. Try to get a street facing room, not the interior facing ones. If you walk here, come north on Grant to avoid hills

This is not the Hilton. If you want to save money and have a safe clean place to stay this is it. Warning! at the top of a steep hill.

It's ok for the price. Ask for the diagonal room. It's awesome! Chinatown is fun too.

small rooms, dated 10 channel televisions and no more than 4 people in the rickety elevator at once. BUT awesome Chinatown location for the price if you can sleep through all the street noise.

If you are above 5'5" have fun trying to shower. I'm 5'9" and I can barely manage haha. The shower head is at eye level for me.
