    DO NOT rent the guitar! I rented it on 2-11-12. Just talked to the hotel and the $500 deposit on my card isn't being put back on my credit card until 3-1-12! WTF?

    Charged over $6 for milk for my 18 month old, no high chairs in the restaurant for breakfast, printer not working in business centre, and wanted to charge for removing the mini bar!
