Don’t rent a car at the airport! They have a very inefficient system. There’s only one bus that takes you to the rental car areas and only 16 at a time! Wait can be as long as 30-45 minutes!!
You can walk from Terminal 1 (A & B) to Terminal 3 (D & E Gates). Just take the tram in the C Gates security, but don't exit. The Terminal 3 tram is right next to the Terminal 2 (C Gates) end station.
Make sure to play some slots while waiting for your flight! Very clean airport!

Pretty fast TSA line for the volume. If you're lucky and by yourself you might get into the Pre-check line!

Airports need to realize that today's travelers need places to sit near electrical plugs. It's absurd that people have to sit on the floor in the walkways so they can charge their phones and laptops.
LenNovember 10, 2012It's about a $16 -$20 cab ride to Center strip. Someone offers you "free" tickets to a show in your hotel don't trust them it's a way to rope you into buying a time share!

You should stay at the Elara Hilton hotel. It's attached to Miracle Shops, which is right on the Las Vegas strip! I stayed there for over 2 weeks & loved it!
Rental car situation is nightmarish. Nothing onsite. Shuttles take up to 30 minutes+ and the actual lot is nowhere near the airport. It took just shy of 1 hour to drop off car and get to security.- Paula ScorpioJuli 14, 2015Don't use your phone to scan your boarding pass UNLESS there is a barcode. They'll send you back to get one!
Weekday travel is great, no lines at security. Only airport I know where you can hit the slots while you wait for your flight. Good luck
if you're getting chair service arrive early as if you're getting on an international flight. It's a two step process, even if you're fling 1st class.

Other transits charge 9$, and taxi's charge 15$ if they don't take the 'scenic route'

Majed AlashariMaret 15, 2018Huge airport. If you are in terminal 3 you need to take the train to the baggage claim area then a taxi.
When flying jetblue, go to the track lounge. It's one of the places u can still smoke in. Great drinks and u can watch sports.
Fast security, renovated terminals and gambling. The easiest place to get in and get out.
