    Waited in line for 45 minutes due to them not having enough cars to fill reservations. Attempted to charge me a different rate than what I was given online, went outside and it was the wrong class car

    This the most terrible, inefficient car rental experience of my life. Prepare for long lines and no cars (even when you have a reservation). Go to Avis instead and save yourself a headache.

    First called Hertz 800 number to add a day, wanted over $500. Call local and got day for $35.

    Had a AAA reservation, they ignored and charged me $120/day for a compact car. Took 2 hours to straighten out

    This Hertz location is particularly terrible. Slow service, long waits, no regard for service. Watch out for them trying to add on unrequested charges!

    Are you serious? Griselda took over 20 minutes to process a request and STOPPED assisting us half way through to help a ruder customer who barged in line to ask a question! Thumbs down. >:(
