    If you walk through the parking deck, you end up at the rental car area. No waiting and you get to shake of the discomfort of the plane!

    No cars bigger than a midsize online to book, but when you get here all the cars are here. They just want you to upgrade pay extra.

    Good people, no issues, no problems from pick-up at the airport to delivery of the car... and then the return just as smooth.

    The manager refused to help me when there were 15 people in line behind me and if already been waiting in line for an hour. He went back in his glass box and closed the door. Completely useless.

    ...The shuttle interval is extremely slow. . Sometimes they are so slow they come in twos....and then you wait for another 20 min. If you miss it.

    Save yourself the stress and rent from someone else. At least an hour wait for an economy car when I had a reservation for an SUV. Prepaid so nothing they could do about the price.

    Tekia doesn't do her job. I tried 2 hand her my keys and she told me it wasn't her job and that I should miss my bus to put the keys in the car. And I'm in the Presidents circle!

    Had to take an Avis shuttle because the Hertz bus did not come around for over 25 minutes... Make sure you have some wiggle room with your time!

    This Hertz sucks. Cars not in spots. Not enough employees at the desks. Long stretches between shuttles. Give yourself more time than should be necessary.

    Terrible experience. There was no inspection sticker on the Hertz vehicle we rented and we were pulled over by a police officer and issued a warning. This was a complete inconvenience.
