Kiann KieningJuni 30, 2015Hotel was clean. Staff was courteous. Shuttle could get us where we wanted to go but we had A LOT of difficulty getting the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel.
The service from the employees here is FAB! Say HI to Joel @ checkin, Neville in the lobby, Guillermo @Driscoll's & especially Yolanda in the concierge lounge. They make it like a home away from home!Suara positif Feb 26
Internet access is not free but you can hop on the Methodist wifi if you are in the right spot . This hotel is busy but the service is good.- Travis WNovember 20, 2011Go here if you're visiting Rice University; it's only a short walking distance from campus. Great rooms too.
- Chef Patrick is awesome. He just brought me the most delicious "gluten free" dinner in the concierge lounge, and everyone else is drooling over it!
- Ask for Yolanda - tell her Diana sent you - she is the nicest & BEST Marriott concierge attendant ever & will take great care of you!

Don't rent a car! The complimentary shuttle will take you within 2 miles of the hotel! Awesome!

- Hubert and Bridgette in room service are the BEST. They make me smile and feel like I'm at home!

Parking, fail; room choice, fail; internet access, fail... value, fail. So far not impressed with this Marriott flagship.
