This is my favorite yoga studio in the city. Spiritual and physically challenging. Each teacher has a unique style, and I've never been to a bad class here. One of my happy places! Namaste 🙏

Warm atmosphere and great instructors. Come for the 8:30AM for a class of only six people or so. Great way to start the day.

Marco Rojas is the best yoga teacher. Ever. Usually he teaches an intermediate vinyasa flow class. It is so good! Also check groupon for good deals on monthly passes for new students.

Did the restorative yoga class with Barbara. She was amazing, really knows what she's doing. The space is beautiful too. Such a lovely class.

Int/adv is too advanced, beg/int is too beginner, int is too intermediate. Sometimes a girl needs her porridge juuuuust right. That said, Peter has one of the most soothing voices ever!

Open level is more akin to level 3. Something to consider when one hasn't yoga'd in over a year and decides to tack it on after trampolining.
