    If you happen to go to the vending machine, which you will because you can only play so many games of Tiny Wings, don't forget to account for the 15 cent charge for using a credit card. Bullshit!

    We have always had nothing but outstanding service here. From when we bought our car to when we had to bring it back two years later for a round of repairs after an accident.

    Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for over 3 hours w/ no updates. Even after bugging the workers, they still haven't given me a definite wait time. Baltimore National is by far the best

    Had an appt. yet still waited 3 hours for an oil change that was promised would take 1 hour. The last hour of waiting was b/c the person doing my paperwork just left without handing it off. Seriously?
