GlennDesember 23, 2013Extremely terrible customer service from the service department. Came here to get an oil change and it took them almost half an hour to help me. Employees were in their cubes just watching everyone.

While you're negotiating a price, ask yourself if your mother would have gotten the same deal as you. If not, treat the sales person as if they just cheated your mother. That's my best tip!
