Bike shops that are overpriced, have terrible customer service, or the owners or staff had no idea what I was talking about when I asked them if they had a part in stock ie: suspension part for shocks

Jon T.Jon Torerk: Worst possible customer service. I waited for help for about 15 munutes while owner was with another customer, at least say I'll be with you in a minute. promised me a bike part, but never got it.
