Superb location but the room lacked what i thought were essentials - coffee maker, fridge and lotion! Also, restrooms were really, really tiny!

Don't rely on leaving a voice message for the valet, despite the reassuring message. They won't bring your car around unless you actually speak to the valet in person. #fail

Kimpton are definitively the best looking hotels :-) Rooms are nice even if the bathroom are really tiny. Customers service staff are OK but there is rrom for improvement. Great location, I would stay

If your room is on the Union Square side...great view, but don't expect to get much sleep. VERY loud music very late into the night.

Your room adjacent to an elevator? Don't unpack your bags. Head straight down to front desk and get another room. Those series of rooms should be converted into utility closets. Too. Damn. Loud.

Watch out from connected rooms, you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the next room and they can hear you!

when you check in here, if your room # ends in 07 ask for another room! the 07 rooms are very tiny barely space to get past the bed.

Comfy bed, small (even by NYC standards) bathrooms. Avoid the room 621, which is the recipient of all the exhaust from the restaurant. Stinky.

Not the best hotel but decent. Bathrooms are extremely small and provided shampoo smells weird. Take advantage of the conservation program and get a $10 voucher for the hotel restaurants and bars.

Adjacent rooms separated by a door are paper thin. If the tv is on too loud, you'll hear it.

Rooms are small and not well kept. Gaudy design and outfits on the staff. Not up to Kimpton standards.
