Jordan GrosecloseNovember 20, 2014Had a wonderful one night stay. We did get stuck in the only working elevator for 5 minutes but overall the stay was great. The rooftop bar/pool area was perfect for relaxing in the sun.
Laura BJanuari 31, 2013Irma Sue at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. She even sent some water up to us when we had obviously been out late enjoying the nightlife. Really went out of her way, great hospitality!
Great location if you're focused on Duval St. The pool is relatively small but nice and enjoyable. Room on Duval St side can be pretty loud throughout the day and night from street noise.- Chris BiggMei 15, 2013The pool had very nasty water in it and was extremely small! The room was small, but very nice! Rooftop was amazing!!! The staff were pretty nice as well.
Nice rooms and ver convenient for walking around Key West but the walls are very"thin" and you can hear people talking in the next room. We had folks having a party in the room above us.
Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Go to the rooftop to watch the sunset... Amazing! The pool was kinda nasty though when we were there.

SO DISAPPOINTED! A/C didn't cool my room, and when I called, their solution was to bring me a fan! When I asked for a late check-out, as promised to Platinum IHG members, I was told "No, they're a- Great location - service could use training. Our room was nerve serviced !!! All hotels on key west are the same price next time st regius or Hyatt. All the same price

The blinds are great for totally blocking out the light. The pool is way smaller than it looks in the pictures. Scotty the bartender at the pool is not the nicest.
- Pools under construction, 2 bars closed. Only great thing we can say it's Craig and Gill the bartenders are amazing as well as the shuttle driver. Horrible service other than that

Balcony rooms on 2nd floor are great for people watching on Duval but noisy and TINY! Smallest bathroom EVER! - Great location - horrible service. Front desk took a personal call while checking in. Our room was not serviced. Bathroom plaster falling down. Perhaps 1.3 stars out of 10. Pathetic choice

Apparently the presidential and vice presidential suites have problems with the AC.
- Warning - stayed for 2 nights only Sunday Monday. No service for the room. Left at 10am returned at 12am. Nothing - no service. Nasty
