Great hotel and an awesome deal for the money! Rooms are oversized and extremely neat and clean! Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!- Nice hotel to stay at. Friendly and allows pets. I always stay at this one when I'm in Jax.
Absolutely nothing. We have been at this hotel for the past few years when visiting friends. Every year it gets worse. It was a nice place in the beginning. So bad now we will never be there again.
Don WrennJuli 16, 2013This hotel is very confused on how to run a credit card, even so they lost my credit card data and then called me at 5am to wake me up to come back down and show them the screen with my credit card- My last stay at Thanksgiving 2016 was not that good. Housekeeping needs to step up their game. I was not happy with this last stay. I have been staying at this Inn since 2010. Shame on management.
Great room! Plenty of choices for restaurants and fast food. Becoming one of my favorite hotels!!!
