- Make sure you wash your hands before and after using the gym. Also wipe down any machine or stuff that u use as well. Yes, before and after. That includes the Blue Exercise Mats. I don't want ur sweat

- Asia's spin class every Wednesday morning at 6 a.m. is one of the best classes at this gym. Great music and even better workout! DO IT!
- Get your workout in the morning and be done with it. Now you have the rest of the day to relax, no excuses!

- The management needs to clean the lockers, I have been a member for 3 yrs now and it's still filthy. The bench in there needs antibacterial wipes also from sitting w bare ass.

- Zappos.comMei 5, 2011It's all about the shoes! Find shoes that fit AND are appropriate to your activity. Ill fitting shoes can cause issues with your feet that lead to other body issues.
- If you want a great workout try the stairmill (looks like an escalator) but don't lean on the rails.

- TiJanuari 30, 2014DO NOT EVER JOIN LVAC! Their business practices are borderline fraudulant. I am appalled that I ever worked for a company that is so corrupt. Do not sign a contract with this gym.
- Be crazy and go at about 4am...no problem getting on anything at that time.
- Do not go between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm if you actually want to work out. If you want to socialize, then this does not apply to you.
- You stare at Krav shirt and then get up and start shadow striking, I'm not intimidated or impressed. Sorry but I don't believe your tough.
- Run yo lil heart out!!!! Zumba is the best class soo fun!!!
