I think the equipment at this location is better than the equipment at the Henderson location.

Bird ManMaret 11, 2013This place needs a running track, bigger ab workout space and renovations with the equipment, free weights seem outdated and rusty :(
This LVAC has the best womens section out of all the gyms I have been to.
Such a good workout on their all new machines..I treated myself to an over priced protein shake!
Not the fanciest LVAC, but they have everything you need!
Newest cycle bike here now. Its a trend.. these other machines are ancient..
Crusing after midnight !! :-) plus workingout = more calories burned its proven bitches !!!
