Amazing facilities cleanest gym I've ever seen. Every service you can imagine, great trainers and poolside alcohol service. Try to get that at Villa.
Team Boot camp is a team fitness class worth trying. It really produces some great results. Mike may be tough but it is all worth it in the end.
The personal trainers here are awesome and pretty funny! Love mike, Samantha, Ryan, and Mikey in particular
The cleanliness and towel service are well worth the premium price vs. other gyms.
Take the Zumba class. Males and females. I swear to you, you won't be disappointed.
This is the cleanest gym I've ever seen. Totally worth it.
Spin class with Danny on Tues & Thurs nights! He's the best instructor!
Locker rooms are so nice! And the climbing wall is free!

Take any class taught by Quentin... You'll feel it, but man it's a good feel.
- Go to steam room for half hour and forget everything bad, look at future with happiness
BroTip #381: Don't do yoga when you are gassy.
6:30p is NOT the best time to come. The parking lot is full, but there are still open machines
