Ashley TDesember 27, 2015We were staying at the Hard Rock and were told that the Portofino had a full service "post office". They might have, but they had holiday hours that weren't posted on the website or the app...
Beautiful resort! I've stayed here twice and I've had such a great time. Highly recommended by me.
Great hotel, excellent service and comfy beds with lovely linens. Get your room with the club room...snacks are wonderful. Again service here is amazing.

If you see Didi the Bellman come say hi at Luggage Services also request him to take your bags up because he is just THAT rad.

Beautiful hotel and overall friendly staff but had a problem with Alexa at concierge, she was totally rude and nasty!
April DickersonJanuari 1, 2012Hey Hector M. I understand you think the $15/night parking is steep but I'm from San Fran where people pay $60-$65/night! So on the bright side... It could be worse!
- Snacks and soda a day long; complimentary beer and wine in the evening!
- 8 different restaurants and lounges, 3 themed pools, and Italian opera singing at night... perfect.
- Loved the Balinese massage...and I took home some frangipani oil. Heaven!

- Be wary! They have a 100 dollar spending limit for charge cards, totally ridiculous considering the prices around here! It's a joke throughout universal. This isn't a super 8 motel!
